Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Karl Schroder of the United States, formerly of Germany

HAVING considered the petition presented to Us by Mr Karl Schroder of Germany and of the United States, seeking his admission among Our Subjects, and being satisfied as to good character and loyalty;

HAVING regard to Our Sovereign Decree No. 2010/0002: Providing Guidelines for Citizenship and Nationality;

We do hereby decree as follows:

Article I – Naturalisation

Mr Karl Albert SCHRODER, born on 13 September 1958, in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany, is naturalised a Lichtenberger and is admitted to the body of Lichtenberger citizens with all rights, duties, and protections appertaining thereto.

Article II – Commencement 

This Decree takes effect immediately upon Our signature.
