Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality upon Bishop Brent Whetstone and His Children

WHEREAS A petition has been presented to Us by Mr Brett Edward Whetstone for admission among Our subjects;

HAVING REGARD TO Royal Decree No. 3/2010 of 17 July 2010, which elucidates the process of Kaharagian naturalisation;

And CONSIDERING Royal Decree No. 7/2022 of 5 April 2022, which provides a definition of Kaharagian nationality;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, in Our Sovereign capacity, having considered these factors and with the authority vested in Us, do hereby decree as follows:

Article I - Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

1. The said Right Reverend BRENT EDWARD WHETSTONE, born on 17 June 1981 in the United States of America and presently residing in Warren, Ohio, United States, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

2. His children are likewise granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship: 

(a) Isabella Whetstone, born on 27 June 2007 in Warren, Ohio, United States;

(b) Noah Whetstone, born on 14 October 2009 in Warren, Ohio, United States;

(c) Madeline Whetstone, born on 11 February 2013 in Warren, Ohio, United States; 

(d) Abigail Whetstone, born on 2 February 2015 in Warren, Ohio, United States.

3. Mr Whetstone and his children shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, privileges, and duties accorded to natural-born Kaharagian citizens and shall be recognised and regarded as such.

Article II - Implementation and Enforcement

1. This decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation. All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this decree.

2. The execution of this decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically, Our Secretary of State.
