Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Jon Robert Whitrock of the United States

HAVING considered the petition presented to Us by Mr Jon Whitrock of the United States of America, seeking his admission among Our Subjects, and being satisfied as to good character and loyalty;

HAVING regard to Our Sovereign Decree No. 2010/0002: Providing Guidelines for Citizenship and Nationality;

We do hereby decree as follows:

Article I – Naturalisation

Mr Jon Robert Whitrock, born on 15 December 1942, in Decatur, Illinois, United States, is naturalised a Lichtenberger and is admitted to the body of Lichtenberger citizens with all rights, duties, and protections appertaining thereto.

Article II – Commencement

This Decree takes effect immediately upon Our signature.

GIVEN under Our Hand and the Great Seal of Our Principality, at Our Court in Detroit, This 10th day of January, in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Twelve, and the Second of Our Reign.
