Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Matthias Friedrich Bork of Canada, formerly of Germany

HAVING considered the petition presented to Us by Mr Matthias Friedrich Bork of Canada, formerly of Germany, seeking his admission among Our Subjects, and being satisfied as to good character and loyalty;

HAVING regard to Our Sovereign Decree No. 2010/0002: Providing Guidelines for Citizenship and Nationality;

We do hereby decree as follows:

Article I – Naturalisation

Mr Matthias Friedrich Bork, born on 12 January 1962, in Germany, is naturalised a Lichtenberger and is admitted to the body of Lichtenberger citizens with all rights, duties, and protections appertaining thereto.

Article II – Commencement 

This Decree takes effect immediately upon Our signature.
