Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Pedro Casillas Capetillo II of the United Mexican States

HAVING considered the petition presented to Us by Mr Pedro Casillas Capetillo II of Mexico, seeking his admission among Our Subjects, and being satisfied as to good character and loyalty;

HAVING regard to Our Sovereign Decree No. 2010/0002: Providing Guidelines for Citizenship and Nationality;

We do hereby decree as follows:

Article I – Naturalisation

Mr Pedro Casillas CAPETILLO II, born in Mexico City, Mexico, is naturalised a Lichtenberger and is admitted to the body of Lichtenberger citizens with all rights, duties, and protections appertaining thereto.

Article II – Commencement 

This Decree takes effect immediately upon Our signature.
