Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Chas Charles-Dunne of the United Kingdom
HAVING considered the petition presented to Us by Mr Chas Charles-Dunne of the United Kingdom, formerly of Germany, seeking his admission among Our Subjects, and being satisfied as to good character and loyalty;
HAVING regard to Our Sovereign Decree No. 2010/0002: Providing Guidelines for Citizenship and Nationality;
We do hereby decree as follows:
Article I – Naturalisation
Mr Chas Charles-Dunne, born in the United Kingdom, is naturalised a Lichtenberger and is admitted to the body of Lichtenberger citizens with all rights, duties, and protections appertaining thereto.
Article II – Commencement
This Decree takes effect immediately upon Our signature.
GIVEN under Our Hand and the Great Seal of Our Principality, at Our Court in Detroit, This 26th day of June, in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Twelve, and the Second of Our Reign.
