Sovereign Decree on the Deprivation of Nationality and the Annulment of All Distinctions and Offices of Pedro Casillas Capetillo II
WHEREAS it appertains to the Sovereign prerogative to guard the honour, integrity, and good order of the dignities, titles, and distinctions of the Principality;
WHEREAS it has been made known to Us that Pedro Casillas Capetillo, by acts contrary to allegiance and fidelity, has gravely breached the trust reposed in him and thereby discredited honours previously bestowed;
NOW, THEREFORE, We, in Our Sovereign capacity, by the authority vested in Us, do hereby decree as follows:
Article I – Forfeiture of Dignities and Titles
1. The style and dignity of Baron Casillas, together with any letters patent, warrants, instruments, or enrolments whereby the same was created or affirmed, are revoked, annulled, and made void ab initio from the date of this Decree.
2. The said Pedro Casillas Capetillo shall cease forthwith to bear or use the title, style, insignia, supporters, or any other external ornaments appertaining to the said dignity, and no person shall accord him precedence, courtesy, or address arising therefrom.
3. The dignity of Baron Casillas is declared forfeit and extinct, and shall not descend, devolve, or be claimed by any person whatsoever; any pretended right or expectation thereto is hereby barred and of none effect.
4. The Royal Chancellery shall cancel, recall, and mark “void” all letters patent or instruments relating to the said dignity; the Institute of Heraldry shall amend the Register of Heraldic Acts accordingly and issue notice to that effect.
Article II – Expulsion from Orders and Recall of Insignia
1. The said Pedro Casillas Capetillo is expelled and struck from the rolls of:
(a) the Most Illustrious Order of Saint Michael the Archangel; and
(b) the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle.
2. All diplomas, patents, or certificates of appointment to the aforesaid Orders are annulled, and all collars, badges, stars, ribands, mantles, or other insignia are recalled and shall be forthwith surrendered to the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours.
3. The Chancellors of the said Orders shall enter the expulsion on their respective rolls and notify the Royal Kaharagian Gazette for public record.
Article III – Revocation of Nationality
1. The Kaharagian nationality of the said Pedro Casillas Capetillo is revoked, and he is thereby denaturalised, losing all rights, privileges, and protections attaching to nationality of the Principality.
2. The Register of Nationals shall be amended to reflect this revocation; any passports, identity cards, or certificates issued by or on behalf of the Principality are cancelled and shall be surrendered without delay.
3. All competent authorities shall give effect to this revocation and treat any contrary claim as null and void.
Article IV – Directions for Execution and Record
1. Execution of this Decree is entrusted to the Herald Chancellor (Chancellor of the Realm), acting through the Royal Chancellery, the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours, and the Institute of Heraldry.
2. The Royal Chancellery shall issue such notices, recalls, and demands for surrender as are necessary; the Institute of Heraldry shall update and certify all relevant registers; and the Chancellery of the Kaharagian Honours shall recover insignia and correct all rolls.
3. This Decree shall be published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette for the record.
Article V – Entry into Force
This Decree enters into force immediately upon Our Signature.
