Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality and Citizenship to Chong Zou of the People's Republic of China
Grants Kaharagian nationality and citizenship to Chong Zou, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, in recognition of his personal merit, integrity, and dedication to the Principality’s values. Admission is made by special grant, taking effect upon the Oath of Allegiance and entry in the Register of Nationals.
