Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality upon Mr. Thomas Delage of the French Republic
Grants Kaharagian nationality and citizenship to Thomas Delage, a citizen of the French Republic, acknowledging his integrity, goodwill, and contribution to the Principality’s international mission. Admission is made by special decree, taking effect upon oath and registration in the Register of Nationals.
