Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality and Citizenship to The Baron Lessem, also known as Martin Lessem, of Kaharagia, the United States, and formerly Sweden

Confers Kaharagian nationality and citizenship upon The Baron Lessem (Martin A. Lessem), recognising his long-standing loyalty, distinguished service, and devotion to the ideals and progress of the Principality. Admission is made by special grant under the Sovereign’s prerogative, taking effect upon confirmation of his oath of allegiance and entry in the National Register of Citizens. This decree affirms his dual standing as a noble of the Realm and a full national of Kaharagia, enjoying all civic rights and duties thereby entailed.
