Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Kaharagian Nationality upon Leandro Fabricius Da Silva Carneiro of the Federative Republic of Brazil
Grants Kaharagian nationality and citizenship to Leandro Fabricius da Silva Carneiro, a citizen of Brazil, acknowledging his merit, goodwill, and friendship to the Principality. Admission is conferred by special act, effective upon oath and registration in the Register of Nationals.
