Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Jack Eugene Lupro II of the United States

Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship to Jack Eugene Lupro II, a citizen of the United States, in recognition of his loyalty, integrity, and friendship toward the Principality. Admission is conferred by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s prerogative, taking effect upon the administration of the Oath of Allegiance and the formal entry of his particulars in the Register of Nationals. The decree recognises him as a full citizen of Lichtenberg, entitled to all rights, privileges, and duties thereby entailed.
