Sovereign Decree on the Proclamation and Establishment of the Principality of Lichtenberg
Proclaims the Principality of Lichtenberg as a free and independent state under the Sovereign Prince; sets first principles of government (rule of law, human dignity, common welfare). Establishes national symbols: a black-over-gold horizontal flag and arms bearing a black eagle crowned, with red beak, tongue, and talons. Declares a strictly peaceful posture: no offensive war; defence only; any territorial status to be pursued solely by lawful consent (treaty, purchase, cession, plebiscite). Orders registration.
