Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Karl Schroder of the United States, formerly of Germany

Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship to Karl Schroder, a native of Germany and resident of the United States, in recognition of his declared loyalty, integrity, and devotion to the ideals of the Principality. Admission is conferred by special Conferral under the Sovereign’s prerogative, taking effect upon the administration of the Oath of Allegiance and the entry of his particulars in the Register of Nationals. The decree recognises him as a full citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights, privileges, and duties thereby entailed.
