Sovereign Decree on the Deprivation of Nationality and the Annulment of All Distinctions and Offices of Pedro Casillas Capetillo II
Revokes the nationality and citizenship of Pedro Casillas Capetillo II, and annuls all honours, distinctions, and appointments previously conferred, on grounds of conduct incompatible with the dignity of citizenship and the confidence of the Sovereign. Declares all styles, privileges, and ranks forfeited.

Sovereign Decree on the Conferral of Lichtenberger Nationality and Citizenship to Pedro Casillas Capetillo II of the United Mexican States
Confers Lichtenberger nationality and citizenship upon Pedro Casillas Capetillo II, a native of Mexico, in recognition of his declared fidelity and support of the Principality’s ideals and its Sovereign. Admission is made by special act of grace, effective upon the Oath of Allegiance and the inscription of his name in the Register of Nationals. Declares him a citizen of Lichtenberg with all rights and civic duties.
